Lead HVAC Installer

LABR is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer for one of its longstanding clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to grow.
You’ll start on residential and multi-family projects and move into commerical work over time. Our client is growing quickly and prefers to promote from within, meaning role expansion and leadership opportunities are real possibilities.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with a minimum of 3 months on LABR’s payroll. If performance is good, you’ll then begin working directly for our client. Target beginning pay is $25 – $30 per hour.

Requirements

    • 3 to 5 or more years of HVAC installation experience
    • Ability to understand and execute technical drawings and HVAC blueprints
    • Strong issue spotting and problem solving abilities
    • Crew leadership experience a plus but not required
    • Ability to perform the physical work of HVAC installs
